Things that make me happy:
- Annie. She's been very attentive and affectionate lately. She hasn't left my side all day so far.
- Peonies that are about to explode in a mass of color.
- Mom is coming tomorrow!
- Planning to see D in a few weeks.
- Getting a lot done around the house. Yay, normalcy!
Things that make me less than happy:
- Bills, bills everywhere.
- Jacking up my back moving around cases of cheap wine.
- The overwhelming amount of yard work that needs to be done (but some will be alleviated by #3 above).
- Killing things unintentionally. Poor basil sprouts. I'm so inept.
- Being lied to. I should be amused that I know the truth behind the lie, but it still irritates me to be lied to.
